Please walk us through the Company and its operations? It has been a long journey.

Rudra Global Infra Products Ltd. (RGIPL) is engaged in manufacturing of Billets and TMT Bars. The TMT Bars are marketed under its flagship brand “RUDRA TMX” – which is positioned as premium brand in the retail segment of TMT Bars. The company has over the years gradually expanded its manufacturing capabilities resulting in the company having annual installed capacity of 2.4 lakhs/ton each, for manufacturing Billets and TMT Bars.The company through its wide network of 450+ dealers has managed to reach out to customers in urban as well as rural areas of Gujarat.

What is the global outlook of steel and what do you think about steel demand?

Steel being one of the core products for development of any nation, we believe that the global demand for steel will only increase. The socio-economic projects dedicated to better connectivity amongst nations, facilitating trade and travel are being undertaken by the governments of various countries which will lead to the demand for steel increasing by a considerable extent. Civil war situation in various countries in the Gulf and African region, and the Russian-Ukraine, Israel-Hamas-Iran conflict, leads to multi-faceted need for steel amongst nations. Steel becomes necessary for countries facing conflict to build their defences as well as once the conflict ends, steel becomes a primary metal for the re-building process of a nation.

Please elaborate about your capex plan for the next couple of years and how are you going to fund it?
