STRONGER THAN EVER

Dalmia Refractories, Dalmia Cement (Bharat)Refractory Division, and GSB India have merged into a single entity. What are the advantages?

The consolidation has given us multiple advantages commercially, At the very basic level, this merger allows us to streamline our people and processes. We look forward to increasing capex, allocating larger resources to R&D, and expediting our digital transformation. Our plans include heavy investment in modernization and expansion of our presses and kilns, equipment for making better quality products, all of which is helping us grow our order book.

This merger further enhances our strong global presence with an existing set of representatives in over 20 countries and customer credentials in more than 70 countries around the world.

This merger also allows us access to the latest R&D and technology from Europe.

All of this will help us reach our long-term aim of being a global refractory player with $1 billion revenue by 2030.
