The Smart Office Summit series sparked a two-city dialogue in Pune and New Delhi, uniting industry leaders to reimagine workplaces at the intersection of culture, technology, and sustainability.

The Smart Office Summit 2025 unfolded across two vibrant cities — Pune and New Delhi — bringing together architects, designers, real estate leaders, and workplace innovators to explore how the future of work is shaping the future of space.
With its multi-city format, the summit has become more than a conference; it's a dialogue on how workplaces can truly evolve to meet the cultural, operational, and environmental realities of India while keeping pace with global aspirations.
A tale of two cities, one visionThe Pune edition of the summit set the tone with its emphasis on people-centric design and the technological shifts reshaping office environments. Delhi extended the conversation, focusing on aligning workplace design with sustainability, circular economy principles, and the pressing challenge of cost-effective execution.
Across both venues, the conversations revealed a common urgency: workplaces today must be as adaptable as the people and businesses they serve.
Bibhor Srivastava, Managing Director – Events, ITP Media Group India, in his welcome address at both editions, stressed that the summit was never just about products or projects. “It’s about how we reimagine the workplace as an ecosystem of culture, technology, and well-being,” he noted.
