A THOUGHTFUL BLEND OF HERITAGE AND MODERNITY

Some spaces are merely built; others are crafted with purpose, whispering the stories of those who inhabit them. Tranquility, the 4,000 sq. ft. office space for NK Squared and Gruhas by Nikhil Kamath and Abhijit Pai, is one such masterpiece. Designed by House of Three, this project transcends conventional office aesthetics, blending deep Indian heritage with contemporary functionality. Here, work isn't just a task—it is a ritual, a legacy in motion.

A VISION ROOTED IN TRUST

Most projects start with lengthy discussions, concept iterations, and countless revisions. But with Nikhil Kamath, the brief was crisp and clear: “Need a combined office for 40. Make it kinda organic. And add greens.”

Having collaborated with him for over a decade on three previous projects, House of Three understood his unspoken words. His trust allowed them to move at lightning speed, finalising a property within a week—an exception reserved for When values align, the outcome is bound to be exceptional. Nikhil’s passion for thought leadership and design inspired a workspace that is not just functional but deeply experiential—an office that feels like home yet commands the gravitas of a powerhouse. A citadel of heritage and modernity, this space embodies self-made success, humility, and the art of giving back.
