Energizing the body, Calming the mind

Favorite destination to recharge the body: Any sports arena. As a sports enthusiast, I love to engage in a variety of physical activities. Whether it's cricket, tennis, table tennis, badminton, lawn tennis, football, squash, cycling, or swimming, I enjoy them all. When I'm playing, my focus is solely on the game, and nothing else occupies my mind at that moment. It truly rejuvenates me.

Favorite destination to recharge the mind: I cherish any location that is serene and surrounded by nature, far from the hustle and bustle of a metropolis. It's a place where I don't have to worry about meeting deadlines or dealing with distracting external noises. Here, I can reflect on my thoughts freely and take as much time as I need. As a nature lover, I enjoy exploring jungles with water streams, trekking along mountain trails, and enjoying leisurely walks on a secluded beach.

Favorite cuisine: I am a foodie who loves experimenting with different cuisines. There's something about a good pizza or a sushi platter that can be as satisfying as a cozy bowl of noodles or a comforting plate of dal khichdi or dal rice. I find poori and aloo subji just as exciting as a fresh bowl of salad. At home, though, I could enjoy our traditional Daal & Baati from Madhya Pradesh or Sabudana Khichdi repeatedly without getting bored!
