While India has had a thriving domestic motorsport scene, the country has seen limited international participation in recent years. The last time India hosted a major international motorsport event was almost ten years ago when it hosted Formula 1 for three consecutive years. Back then there was a glimmer of hope that India will continue to see similar action but, alas, nothing much happened on the front. And now, almost a decade later, international motorsport has made a return to India. So, how was it?

EXCITEMENT WAS PALPABLE
