PRACTICALITY POLISHED

The Triber is now safer, smarter, and still the king of practicality
The Renault Triber has perfected the art of the 'mini Swiss-Army knife.' It's a sub-four-metre magic trick: seven seats? Done. Need a six-seater? Easy. Want a spacious five-seater with a boot big enough for a weekend's worth of chaos? A few clicks and tugs, and it shapeshifts without complaints. Now, the 2025 facelift sharpens the blade, addressing the one area that mattered most: image and safety. India noticed this clever game
when the Triber arrived in August 2019, sprinting to 1,00,000 sales in just 30 months. While the buzz has calmed since, with monthly numbers settling around 1,500 units, that's still nearly half of Renault India's entire sales tally. The Triber remains one of Renault's most important soldiers, small in size, big on duty, and surprisingly good at squeezing every last drop of practicality out of its footprint.
The Triber's face gets the biggest glow-up. There's a new gloss-black grille, slimmer LED projectors, and a cleaner bumper design that ties everything together. The sharper DRLs and low-mounted fog lamps give it a more modern stance, and the updated 2D Renault logo sits right in the centre. From the side, the functional roof rails (rated for 50kg) still add utility, and the 15-inch wheels now come with smarter-looking covers that once again pretend to be alloys, and pull it off well.
