Government Unveils 'Apna Ghar' Rest Stops

The government of India has officially announced the launch of ‘Apna Ghar’, a new initiative aimed at providing safe and affordable rest stops for truck drivers along national highways. Union Minister Hardeep Singh Puri said the move is part of a broader effort to reduce road accidents caused by driver fatigue and improve the working conditions of commercial vehicle drivers.
