YES, THE 2026 LYRIQ-V is the quickest Cadillac ever, hitting 60 mph in 3.3 seconds.

Cadillac Lyriq-V HIGHS: Blackwing-beating acceleration, uprated chassis, Cadillac-grade ride comfort. LOWS: Too hushed, minor range reduction, the V doesn't stand for value.

That beats even the 668-hp CT5-V Blackwing. When laying down those sprints to 60, there are no smoky burnouts—only a muted whoosh and whine that you might not pick up over ambient traffic noise.

But the Lyriq-V is perhaps a little too quiet at the moment; Cadillac is still developing its voice. In addition to in-cabin sound supplementation, the Lyriq-V’s external speakers will generate a performance-based sound in V-mode. The feature wasn't finalized when we drove the SUV, but details will be available later this year.
