Piastri Holds Off Norris for a Spa Triumph

WET WEATHER AND the Spa-Francorchamps circuit are normally the best recipe for a chaotic or, as in the case of 2021, a disappointingly damp squib due to visibility issues. Fortunately, we got somewhat of the latter for the 2025 Formula 1 Belgian Grand Prix weekend. With this being a sprint weekend, it was Oscar Piastri (McLaren) who took pole position in qualifying, with the four-time reigning champion, Max Verstappen (Oracle Red Bull Racing), second, and Lando Norris (McLaren) third.
