YOU EITHER KNOW OR DON'T KNOW OF Horacio Pagani. If you're reading this, you surely belong to the former. A former Lamborghini employee, Pagani had a close relation with carbon fibre and composites and envisioned the next level of lightweight performance car. An Argentine by birth, he moved to Europe on his journey forward, working, learning, and creating. Long story short, the Pagani brand came on the scene in 1998 by building a lightweight sports car armed with a Mercedes-Benz M120 V12 engine. Having five-time Formula 1 world champion Juan Manuel Fangio as a friend helps.
