JK Tyre's Levitas Ultra Takes Luxury to New Heights

JK Tyre, a homegrown tyre manufacturer, is looking to make its mark in the premium tyre segment with the launch of the Levitas Ultra. These tyres are designed to meet the rigorous demands of luxury vehicles, from the compact Audi A3 to the flagship Mercedes S-Class, and everything in between. But do these tyres live up to the hype? We got the chance to test the Levitas Ultra tyres at the National Automotive Test Tracks (NATRAX) near Indore to find out.

JK Tyre’s Levitas Ultra tyres are a significant leap forward for the company, as they look to compete with the best that European tyre makers have to offer. These tyres are engineered for ultra-high performance, designed to handle everything from the daily grind to high-speed runs on the track. Available in sizes ranging from 16 to 20 inches, with 22-inch variants coming soon, the Levitas Ultra tyres are priced between J9,000 - J18,000, depending on the size. They also come with impressive speed ratings of W (up to 270 km/h) and Y (up to 300 km/h), making them ideal for luxury sedans and SUVs.
