A year later, a plugin hybrid was added to the range, and the first-generation HS was replaced by a Mk2 edition in summer 2024. For a car that arrived almost six years ago, and which is now obsolete, the fact that the HS is in the top half of this year's Driver Power survey is cause for celebration for MG, because that's quite a result.
