Celebrating excellence: Busworld Vehicle Awards

The Busworld Vehicle Awards once again recognised outstanding achievements in bus and coach manufacturing. A jury of approximately 30 international experts, organised into 12 specialist working groups, evaluated every aspect of vehicle performance, including design, safety, digital systems, and sustainability.

This comprehensive approach demonstrates Busworld's commitment to promoting technological excellence and innovation within the industry.

Two Grand Awards were presented: the Grand Award for Bus went to the Yutong Bus U15, while the Grand Award for Coach was awarded to the Yutong Bus T14E.

Labels of Excellence were also given to vehicles excelling in Safety, Comfort, and Ecology:

- Safety Coach: Setra S 515 HD

- Ecology Coach: Otokar e-Territo 13 and Yutong IC12E

- Comfort Coach: Setra S 515 HD

- Safety Bus: Yutong Bus U15

- Comfort Bus: Mercedes-Benz eCitaro

- Ecology Bus: Yutong Bus U15

Additionally, Busworld introduced the first Vehicle Design Awards, where the Design Jury assessed the exterior and interior design, as well as ergonomics, of all buses and coaches displayed at Busworld Europe 2025, including those not competing in the main Vehicle Awards.
