From water-saving innovation to smart toilets, Geberit continues to set benchmarks in bathroom technology, delivering solutions where design and function are inseparable.

For Geberit, the European market leader for sanitary products, innovation and high-quality solutions in sanitary and bathroom technology define its reputation. Headquartered in Switzerland, the 151-year-old company is recognised for its focus on engineering excellence backed by significant investment in research and development.
"Design means function," says Michael Allenspach, Managing Director of Geberit North & South East Asia. "Our strength lies in our technical know-how, which we've developed over many decades, and our ability to translate that into solutions that enhance user experience." He adds that it's about what happens behind the wall as much as what you see in front of it — the hydraulics, the acoustics, and everything working smoothly. When technology and design come together seamlessly, that's when true innovation happens.
That philosophy has driven the company's attention on research and development. "We are constantly investing in R&D. In the last five years alone, between 2020 and 2024, we've registered 163 patents," shares Allenspach, adding that this commitment to innovation means Geberit is always introducing new features and improvements that make products better and more efficient.
