Strategically located in the Satellite Town Ring Road Planning Area within the Bangalore Metropolitan Region, the 26-acre site in Devanahalli is enveloped by verdant agricultural land. The site's gently contoured terrain and abundant vegetation have been retained, enhanced, and respectfully integrated into the masterplan. The design consciously minimises earthwork through optimised cutting and filling, thereby preserving the site's natural character.
