Design Debate's 41st edition was held in the port city of Kochi, Kerala.

With a successful start to the year 2025, the journey of Design Debate continued its 41st edition by travelling to Kochi.

The idea of Design Debate is to gather industry experts and some of the leading vendors in the design and architecture segment to create a knowledge-sharing platform and networking opportunities at the same time.

The theme of the fourth season of Design Debate is Sustainability Vs. Profitability - Finding the Balance.

To address the theme and the gathering, Bibhor Srivastava - Managing Director Events, ITP Media India, shared a heart-warming welcome, expressing his delight in bringing together the masters of the architecture and design industry of Kochi, with some joining the event from Delhi, Trivandrum and Calicut as well.

Before we proceeded towards the main segment, Mohit Hajela - Group Head Business Development Global Operations, Jaquar India, acknowledged the contribution of the architecture and design field and its significant impact on the society and our personal lifestyles.

After a heart-warming address to the industry, we started with the introduction of our esteemed Keynote speaker for this edition - Manish Gulati - Principal Architect, Studio MOFA, joining us from Delhi, sharing his incredible experiences over the years, from designing exhibitions, retail, residences to national institutional projects, sports stadiums and hospitality projects, through an informative presentation. Bibhor Srivastava and Mohit Hajela felicitated Manish Gulati.
