How To Take Your Online Relationship Offline

If you’re diving back into the dating game it’s likely you’ll want to try meeting people via a dating app or site. But once you’ve made a good connection online, there’s still the somewhat daunting transition process from screen time to real time. Bonnie Vaughan asked relationship coach Sarah Davis, creator of dating programme Soul-Mate Magnetism, to share her top tips for taking your online relationship to the next level.

SET YOUR BOUNDARIES

Before you move on from virtual contact to real life, you need to have a strong idea of how you want to be treated. Think about your past relationships – what worked and what didn’t. Then consider how you want to feel in a relationship – loved and appreciated, that you’re a priority. Write it all down. This will serve as a guideline for deciding whether someone is right for you.
