In his new show, Masters of Taste on Fox Life, Gary Mehigan explores India’s culinary heritage by interacting with some of the best chefs in the country.
As part of the show, you visited many fine restaurants and interacted with top Indian chefs. Who will we be seeing?
This trip wasn’t just about the top-end of the town, but digging our fingers into and discovering what is happening in Delhi and Mumbai. Manish Mehrotra of Indian Accent was on the list obviously, but we also dropped in on Atul Kochhar at NRI, Thomas Zacharias at The Bombay Canteen and Kelvin Cheung at Bastian, and cooked with Ranveer Brar at Mukesh Mills. We also met Addie (Aditya Raghavan) and Anandita Kamani of Danda Food Project, and Pooja Dhingra of Le15 Patisserie, to name a few.
