FIVE years since the events of 2014’s Godzilla, the human race finds itself hostage to god-like monsters duking it out for supremacy.

In a trailer released last March, we see a U.S. government communications liaison (Thomas Middleditch) who is alerted to these dangers. His reaction is a potent summary: “Consider us very intimidated.”
