Oppo Reno2

As a prelude to the launch of the Reno2, Oppo took members of the press on an adventure with the phone to be able to put it through its paces and have a good idea how it performed prior to our actual reviews.

We were told it would be sweaty, dirty, and a lot of fun, aside from getting to play around with the new phone, so I agreed without hesitation.

The Oppo Reno2 is the brand’s latest smartphone offering and improves on the features that made the original Reno. A great camera with four sensors, that interesting pop-up selfie cam, and superb styling are just the beginning, and through a whole adventure-filled day, we got to try each of the features out ourselves.

The event began with a trip out of the city for lunch and a quick overview of the Reno2’s capabilities at Burrow cafe. There, each participant was lent a phone to get started. We were then given a crash course on the phone’s features that allow anyone to be a storyteller.
