Pre-Versus Post-Workout: Essential Things You Should Do to Maximize results

The hours you spend sweating out because of exercise definitely matter—whether it’s cardio, circuit, weightlifting, CrossFit, or yoga.

But what you actually do and eat before and after workout determines your performance— your energy level, mood, and focus. I’ve been actively grinding in the gym for half a year and here are the things I’ve learned to fuel your body the right way so you can recover properly and improve future workouts.
Pre - Workout :
1 Get Enough Sleep
Allot seven to eight hours of quality sleep to give your body time to recharge and feel refreshed and alert the next day. If you deprive yourself of sleep, you sabotage your own fitness goals, as you will feel light-headed or sluggish during the day. Being wellrested allows you to be in the zone and achieve optimal performance.
2 Munch a Healthy Snack and Hydrate
