Three Arrested For Stealing ₹10 Lath In Seven Wells Area

Police are on the lookout for three more suspects

The city police have unravelled the plot behind a robbery, which was committed in the busy Seven Wells area 10 days ago, with the arrest of three suspects who were part of a gang on Monday.

The Additional Commissioner of Police, North, R. Dhinakaran, told The Hindu, "Initially, we had no clue about the suspects since it [robbery] occurred on a rainy night. However, our special teams analysed CCTV footage. With the help of CCTV footage, we were able to zero in on the offenders."

The complainant was Rafiq Khan, 36, of Seven Wells, working in a shop which sells mobile phones at Burma Bazaar.
