Tamil Nadu is expected to sign memorandums of understanding for investments worth 15,000 crores in the Information Technology and Information Technology-enabled services (IT/ ITES) sector during the Global Investors' Meet next year, IT Minister M. Manikandan said.

"A team from the IT Department had visited the U.S. and Singapore and met with a lot of entrepreneurs, showcasing Tamil Nadu's strength as an investment destination," he said while speaking at the valedictory session of CII Connect 2018, an Information and Communications Technology conference.
