LEWIS Capaldi has revealed he is receiving therapy after suffering from crippling anxiety during a recent tour.
The singer said being in lockdown had given him the chance to get more help for his mental health struggles.
The chart-topper told how he was experiencing nightly panic attacks during a string of arena shows at the start of this year.
Capaldi , 23, from Whitburn in West Lothian, has been speaking to a cognitive behavioural therapist while confined to his parents’ home.
He said: “My anxiety was pretty bad just before lockdown.
“I did a big arena tour in the UK and Ireland and every night before
I went on stage, I was having really bad anxiety and panic attacks. “I don’t know what it was, maybe it was the size of the venues I was playing.
