SOUTH SHIELDS midfielder Phil Turnbull is eyeing up a career in management – but has heeded warnings given to him by twin brother Stephen.
The duo have been long-standing members of the north-east Non-League fraternity after starring for the likes of Darlington, Blyth Spartans and Gateshead.
But while Phil still focuses on the on-field action in the colours of his hometown club, Stephen has moved into the dugout after ending his playing career to take up a role as manager of Northern Premier League rivals Morpeth Town.
