CHRISSY Metz wouldn’t bat an eyelash if you called her “the biggest thing on TV!” That’s because the plus-size beauty, who’s earning raves as Kate Pearson on NBC’s smash new series This Is Us (see box, below left), has already developed a method of dealing with the hurtful barbs about her full figure that have come during her brief acting career. “The way I stand up to bullies is with kindness and love, because I think that’s what they need,” says the Florida native, who moved to Los Angeles 11 years ago and worked as a talent agent before moving in front of the camera.
