MALABARI MANGO KADHI

INGREDIENTS:

1. 1 Ripe Mango cut into pieces

2. 1 Tsp roasted Jeera

3. Shallot Onion – 1 Cup

4. Yogurt - 1 Cup

5. ½ Tsp Red Chilli Powder

6. ½ Tsp Turmeric Powder

7. 1 Tsp Coconut Oil

8. ½ Tsp Mustard Seeds

9. ½ Tsp Fenugreek Seeds

10. ½ Cup Coconut –Grated

11. 1 Red Chilli – Split

12. Few Curry Leaves

13. Salt To Taste

14. A pinch of Sugar

15. Coriander Leaves –Chopped – 1 Tsp

Method:

1. Cook the Mango in about ½ cup water for few minutes.
