Apart from being listed among the top 10 airlines of the world by TripAdvisor, it was also chosen as the best airline from Indonesia in the TripAdvisor TRAVELERS’ CHOICE Awards this year. The first Indonesian airline to join the SkyTeam, it has also been winning the title of ‘The World’s Best Cabin Crew’ in the SKYTRAX World Airline Awards since 2014.
