The beginning
My parents are hairdressers and I have lived in the hairdressing environment since I was a kid. I have four brothers and we all are in the same profession. My father was the founder of Rizos, one of the leading brands in Spanish hairdressing for many decades. It has been a privilege to have him as a teacher and mentor, although I can assure you that it has not been easy since he is a very demanding person and even more with the family. As soon as I finished my training in Spain, London and Paris, I joined Rizos at the age of 20. Today I am very happy as my children are taking part in Hairkrone team, and I am enjoying sharing special moments and experiences, instilling in them the fundamental values of the brand.

Challenges faced back then
Being my father’s son has been a challenge and it required twice the effort! I did not want anyone to say that I am in a position because of who I am. This has helped me to be demanding with myself.
