They’re arguably the most controversial couple on Married at First Sight this year and now, Jessika Power and Dan Webb have come clean about their relationship. Blissfully happy together, despite turning the experiment upside down and lying to everyone on the show – including their respective TV spouses Mick Gould and Tamara Joy – Jessika, 27, exclusively reveals to New Idea her joy of becoming a step-mum to Dan’s son and plans for their own kids.

Your relationship is finally out in the open! Is Dan The One?

We could start with why Dan isn’t The One and we wouldn’t be here for so long! I feel as if Dan is the small part of my heart I’ve been missing for a long time. He makes me so hopeful for the future and he pushes me each day to be better and to do better! He helps me when I’m down and celebrates with me when I’m feeling up, even if it’s a small win for the day he makes it front and centre and I value someone who can help change a mood so effortlessly.

Are you in love?

I’m very much in love with Dan. It’s new and it’s exciting – it’s hard to describe love. I feel as if my heart is full to the brim every day I wake up beside him.

How would you describe your chemistry?

Passionate and exciting! He’s teaching me new ways to love and be loved.
