Not surprising then that automakers are busy augmenting their electric vehicle portfolio to cater to buyers across price segments. JAGUAR I-PACE

(Rs 1 crore and above) Range: 470 km

Priced around the Rs 1.20 crore mark, Jaguar says that the all-electric vehicle can run 470km on a single charge while producing 400PS and 696Nm of peak torque on tap. Charging time here has been reduced to just 15 minutes for a range of 127km. However, in case you do need to top up entirely, the I-Pace can be juiced up to 100 per cent in just 55 minutes.
