We’ve said this before and it’s still very true: Your hair is a reflection of your overall health. Have you noticed that when you skip meals repeatedly, your hair fall tends to increase? Or maybe you’ve noticed some correlation between your dry scalp and the amount of water you drink per day? A healthy and nutritious diet with plenty of omegas, protein and iron combined with a lot of water, good sleeping patterns and exercise will all have an impact on your mane.

Ultimately, when you pay attention to your mind and body’s wellness, your hair will reward you for it. In more obvious news, you need to also be nice to your hair. This means, avoiding harsh chemicals and heat styling as much as you possibly can. Of course, dumping the products and irons in the bin today won’t make a difference by tomorrow. It takes many years of pampering and nourishing to achieve a crowning glory that’ll be every girl’s #HairGoals. So without further ado…
