Saint-Tropez is one of those locations that just seems too glam for words, filled with the who’s who of Hollywood and the uber-rich. Don’t think it’s unattainable though – it still makes for an awesome trip on a lesser budget! Located on the French Riviera, this spot in the South of France is famous for its lust-worthy beaches and fancy hotels, plus the French food on offer is incredible. It was exactly how I envisioned it: classy, elegant, a little quiet (because it wasn’t in the middle of their summer) and just so beautiful. When I visited, it was just starting to get a little chilly, so it wasn’t the full-blown tourist season, which meant the town was peaceful – perfect for exploring. It had such a relaxed vibe, and the stunning streets and jaw-dropping buildings weren’t packed with tourists. Everyone was friendly too, which made me feel much more at ease being so far home. 

After such a long flight, I was definitely keen to try and find places to relax to make the most of the short time I had. I headed straight to the Hôtel De Paris’s famous Spa by Clarins, where I had a refreshing facial after the flight. To top off the relaxation, I headed to the steam room and sauna.
