Archirchitects Anu and Prashant’s home in a Mumbai high-rise is a cohesive build of actual physical bits and bobs accumulated during their personal and professional lives. These have coalesced into the theme of Japandi — a fusion of two minimalism décor trends: Japanese Zen and Scandinavian clean lines. The home is a tactile memory trigger that shines a light on the pieces of the world they reclaimed as their own. The couple’s version of Japandi has strong tones of black and grey; wood, embellished with neutral hues, and a variety of potted greens.
