The Great Hall at the Sydney University campus in Camperdown is one hallowed place with an imperial, slightly ominous ambience. It’s the kind of room you would expect to see Henry Winter from Donna Tartt’s The Secret History walking through or Professor Severus Snape peering from around an archway.

It’s a perfect venue, then, for the second Sydney Patrón Secret Dining Society gathering – an event held globally where the aim is to create an exclusive gastronomical experience for a select number of guests in a unique location by collaborating with acclaimed chefs and mixologists.
