The Ministry of Ayush, Govt. of India. conducted a two day Training Program for the officials of Drug Testing Laboratories of Ayurvedic, Siddha, Unani and Homoeopathic (ASU&H) Drugs on Oct. 3rd – 4th, 2019 at Chennai.

Around 70 participants from across the Country including officials from North East attended. The participants included Drug Controllers, Drug Inspectors, State Drug Testing and Government Approved Drug Testing Laboratory Scientists, Government Analysts and technical experts from the ASU&H manufacturing sector.
Dr. G.V.R. Joseph, Director and Government Analyst, Homeopathic Pharmacopoeia Laboratory, Ghaziabad delivered a lecture on “Testing Protocols of Homeopathic Drugs.”
Dr Joseph explained in detail about the methodology and parameters for testing of Homoeopathic Drugs which are broadly categorized into the following sections:
