A New Approach To Health.
-
“Happiness comes from the soul’s satisfaction, not from the vital’s or body’s satisfaction.”
-Sri Aurobindo
“We tend to forget that happiness doesn’t come as a result of getting something we don’t have, but rather of recognizing and appreciating what we do have”.
-Fedrick Keonig
There has a paradigm that being healthy is associated with happiness. Nowadays, this has been shifted. Now the research has shown that being happy promotes health. There are multiple pathways that link being happy with positive health. The first form of happiness is sound health. One should prefer to take nutritious, balanced food to keep the body healthy and strengthen the muscles. The individual’s happiness is in the happiness of the whole. To attain the happiness as a whole, one should have a constant feeling of intense empathy and strength with it. Being happy is the individual’s sole responsibility. While compliance with this responsibility, happiness leads to life immortal. Happiness is our strength that we want so much in this life. Happiness makes us strong. Most importantly, we need to achieve the external piece of mind to attain ultimate happiness. Happiness is possible when you transcend the intellect. Happiness is matter of maintaining balance and harmony.
