I have to say, I’ve been really lucky with my hair all my life and never faced any issues. Thanks to my genes, I have naturally straight hair. However, I can’t take this for granted anymore. I have been seeing a few greys since last year. I told myself to oil my hair regularly but never really committed to it. This coming year, I promise to take my haircare more seriously. I’ll try some hot oil treatments every week to provide more nourishment to my hair and will also focus on a more balanced healthy diet, since they say, you are what you eat! I’ll also try not to dye my greys as soon as they pop out and will try to give a longer break in between my hair sessions. I could cover the greys with a temporary spray or powder.
