Global media leader Oprah Winfrey cannot get enough of her modern and holistic approach to eating. For the woman who has had a long and very public battle with weight and dieting, her experience with Weight Watchers has been life-changing—literally. 

“This time I changed the intention to ‘I want to be the healthiest I can be - physically, emotionally, spirtually.’ So the process and purpose of losing weight shifted for me,” says Winfrey.

Not only has she enjoyed the benefits herself, but as a board member she is a keen driver in change for Weight Watchers (WW), helping people adopt healthy habits across the globe.
