FRANTIC to save her crumbling marriage to hunky James Brolin, wrinkling diva Barbra Streisand has gone all out with plastic surgery and is now totally unrecognizable — except for her iconic NOSE!

“It’s the only thing left on her face that looks like her,” says New Jersey cosmetic surgeon Dr. Lyle Back, who hasn’t treated the Yentl star.

“She’s left her nose intact, which is smart — because it’s her calling card. But virtually everything else is far afield from what everyone identifies as her looks.”

Sadly, insiders say the 75-yearold Funny Girl reconstructed her face because her marriage is on the ropes — with an ugly $550 million divorce war looming.

“Barbra is desperate to keep James at any cost,” says a source close to the couple.

“If that means drastic plastic surgery to make her look years younger — so be it.”

As GLOBE reported, the diva and her handsome 76-year-old hubby had a very vicious and public blowout at a fancy Malibu eatery just a few weeks ago.
