COUNTRY queen Faith Hill’s mysterious voice problem and sudden concert cancellations have alarmed friends, who fear she’s secretly battling throat cancer.

“This is really scary,” reveals a source close to Faith and her singing cowboy hubby, Tim McGraw. “The growing fear is the wear and tear of her current tour has done its damage.

“But Faith may be felled by something more serious, like throat cancer. She and Tim must be terrified she may never sing again.”
