The busy restaurant rows of Tomas Morato and Timog Avenue in Quezon City has been the go to place for those living in the northern part of Metro Manila for decades.
With iconic restaurants that have stood the test of time side-by-side with up-and-coming eateries, it seems that the “Scout Area” as it is fondly called is already bursting at the seams. There are literally dozens if not a couple hundred places to choose from in that small area of Quezon City.
Nestled in one of the less busy “Scout Area” side streets though is an unimposing restaurant, seemingly unbothered by all the buzz and glitz of neighboring Tomas Morato and Timog Ave. Jhanna’s Bar and Resto could easily be passed by unnoticed if not for its bright pink façade. Upon closer inspection though, you’d discover that this pastel-colored dining spot is anything but dainty. On their menu are burgers, sausages, wings, drinks and milkshakes of all colors. Of course, as their name suggests, Jhanna’s is also a bar that serves creative cocktails and ice cold brews.
