As we discovered in MF348, Apple’s AirPods Pro have some stiff competition in the wireless headphone space. We crowned the Master & Dynamic MW07 Plus as champions, but at £279 they are hardly wallet-friendly. Can the £129 Urbanista London earphones come close for less than half the price?

The first thing you will notice about these is the luxurious feel. The charging case feels smooth and weighty, a far cry from the cheap plastic containers of many wireless earphone sets. Both the lid and the slots for each individual earphone are magnetised, and they snap satisfyingly into place; pop the earbuds in and they start charging instantly.
