Survivor: David vs Goliath was filmed in 2018 and a lot has happened to the contestants. So where are they now?

Reality icon show Survivor has mixed things up for season 37 that was filmed in 2018 (when the castaways were the ages displayed) – it’s ordinary people (Davids) up against famous and top-achieving rivals (Goliaths). “It’s one of the best because there are so many new elements,” says host Jeff Probst. So where are the castaways in 2022?

DAVID TRIBE

The Davids in the season are ordinary, Average Joes and Plain Janes who got the producers’ attention.

BI NGUYEN (28, MMA fighter) THEN The Vietnamese-born cage fighter was trying to break into the industry and become a professional. NOW She’s got her dream, albeit not with a big brand – she’s fighting for One Championship under the name Killer Bee. She’s also a fitness model.

CARL BOUDREAUX (41, truck driver) THEN The oldest member of the tribe was a cross country big rig driver. NOW He’s still driving trucks, but more for fun than work. He’s also become a cowboy in his hometown of Houston, Texas and goes to rodeos, decked out in head-to-toe cowboy clothes.

CHRISTIAN HUBICKI (32, robotics scientist) THEN Christian was busy writing code for software to do things like crate train pets. Basically his research was going very slowly. NOW He hit the jackpot with software and graduated to Robotics Professor at Florida State University and his company Optimal Robotics Lab is working with the famous Agility Robotics company.

DAVIE RICKENBACKER (30, social media manager) THEN He was teaching classes on managing social media accounts at his local collage and how to turn that into a career.
