While snooping through Miguel’s office in Mexico, Theresa is stunned to come face to face with Xander. “At first, she’s horrified because obviously they have a pretty deep history of her accusing him [of rape] and then him trying to murder her ... twice?” says Jen Lilley (Theresa). “As afraid of him as she is, she’s been through worse, so there’s a part of her that feels encouraged by seeing Xander and there’s part of her that’s absolutely terrified because he does hate her. But Theresa is smart and she knows that there is a slight chance she could use Xander as a pawn in order to get back to Brady and Tate. It’s exciting, but nerve-wracking.”
