The beautiful Chopra girls from Priyanka, Parineeti to now Meera have been making an indelible niche for themselves in the film industry. Meera is Priyanka’s second cousin, and she has already been making her presence felt in the South as well as Hindi films. There have been many stories doing the ‘rounds that Priyanka and Parineeti have not acknowledged their cousin Meera and there are problems within the Chora family. Is this true? Well, we caught up with Meera to find out more about her bond with her Chopra sisters, her films and her journey in the film industry. Meera, you’ve been in the film industry for some time, how has the journey been?

It has been sweet and sour. It’s a bit tough when you are an outsider to do meaningful cinema and make your own mark. But I am happy it’s finally happening. I am getting the kind of work I always wanted to do. I’m finally saying ‘yes’ to more projects than ever before, which means something is happening right.
