Bhai Has Been A Huge Source Of Inspiration Throughout The Film. He Pushes You To Reach Your Potential

You started off as a model. What made you switch over to acting? What according to you helps an actor to make a mark in the industry? I became an actor by chance! Trust me when I’m saying this. My first film Mujhse Fraaandship Karoge chose me and I was destined to do that film. I came to Mumbai for love, but it didn’t turn out the way I wanted it to. An advertisement fell into my lap, and then I got an offer for a film next. When I went for the audition, I realized how difficult it is to act.

How did you bag the role of Suraj in Race 3?

Huma and I were at a party, she asked me to check my phone and I didn’t realize that I had missed calls. I called back to realize that it was Salman bhai and he asked me if I would be interested to be a part of Race 3. I was elated to be offered the film. He asked me to read the script and I liked the script and my character thoroughly and immediately agreed to be part of it.

An action thriller, how has this film been different from the rest of the projects you’ve undertaken?

It’s my first film in the action and thriller genre. It’s a complete departure from any and everything I have done before. But I have thoroughly enjoyed every day of the film, especially shooting action is a great adrenaline rush.

This is the first time that you’re sharing screen space with the likes of Salman Khan, Anil Kapoor and Bobby Deol. How was your experience working with them?
