According to New York–based sexual privacy attorney Carrie Goldberg, distributing graphic images of someone without his or her consent is a misdemeanor in California, punishable by up to six months in jail. But even worse, Goldberg says, because Rob has such a wide reach on social media, Chyna could sue him in civil court for millions: “This is an unprecedented situation where somebody with so many followers — between Twitter and Instagram, he’s got something like 18 million — uses that power to humiliate. It makes the damages to Blac Chyna much more extreme. She could seek more than any similar victim could expect to collect.”
