During a recent three-hour dinner at romantic Italian restaurant Giorgio Baldi in Santa Monica, Calif., the actress and the businessman looked relaxed, completely at ease with each other and totally smitten as they ate, talked and laughed side by side during a night out with two other couples. Jen, says an insider, is happy and in love: “She describes John as ‘a breath of fresh air.’ She knows he’s The One!”
